SLDC has issued a public Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking community-based M/WBE developers to construct affordable for-sale housing units through the Housing Access and Neighborhood Stabilization Revolving Loan Fund.

This week, SLDC and the Port Authority participated in the 11th annual Mississippi River Cities and Towns Initiative(MRCTI) meeting in St. Louis. Leaders from cities along the entire length of the Mississippi River and federal agencies met to showcase projects and discussions geared toward building the natural ecology and resiliency in specific places along the length of the river.
